ReplyDeleteSo what is primary reason for the drop off? Lost a step? Wear and tear changes running style? Lack of confidence in ability? Change of offense schemes or line play? This is a mystery that is worth some investigation! Very good first article. Keep me posted.
ReplyDeleteI think its a combination of all those things. But for the most part I think it comes down to the wear and tear on the body and losing a step or two and burst. Getting 250-300 carries over 8 to 10 years i think just takes a huge toll on the body.
